THE FITNESS PROGRAMME
An important aim of Equilibria’s gap year is to help you cultivate a balanced lifestyle and experience the benefits of regular exercise.
The school’s Fitness Programme runs throughout the year and takes place at a Virgin Active Gym close to the school. This requires that each student should obtain membership at the Virgin Active Gym.
- exercise at least twice a week in the afternoons
- receive assistance in setting your own fitness goals
- receive coaching to establish your own personal fitness programme
- receive special one-to-one attention to help you reach your goals
