Principal of the School

Dr Serge Solomons is a medical doctor and lead Pastor of Every Nation Randburg in Johannesburg. He is the principal and Strategic team leader of Equilibria season 2 in view of his passion for the development of young people to fulfil their God given purposes, callings and to find the careers that best suits them and to be equipped to achieve success in life. Dr Solomons has been involved with Equilibria for the last 8 years and continues to reach more young people with this incredible gap year programme

Riandi Conradie

Riandi Conradie is a successful businesswoman, entrepreneur and youth & business etiquette specialist. Riandi is also the Managing Director for The South African Etiquette Academy. Riandi has a major passion for everything in education and she loves to work with the youth, helping them to be successful in every sphere of life. Called to work with the Youth, with a major passion for education, Riandi is excited about the one of a kind, Equilibria School of Life programme.

What is your role for the kingdom? How do you serve God?
I have a passion for people, especially the young and the lost. I want to see God move in everyone’s lives as only God can. I live to help others and serve God. I believe missions and outreaches are keys to grow the kingdom, but ultimately building relationships with others will secure the kingdom!

Dr De la Harpe started Equilibria in 2010 and refined the courses and career guidance program with great success. Around 500 students have completed the Equilibria finishing School year and are thriving. Dr De la Harpe is now focussed on the Career App that is used by Equilibria to assist with Career guidance and she also serves as an external advisor.
