Dr. Serge Solomons is a medical doctor and the Lead Pastor of Every Nation Randburg in Johannesburg. He serves as Principal and Strategic Team Leader of Equilibria, providing strategic leadership and playing a pivotal role in shaping the program and its vision.
Dr. Solomons has a deep passion for guiding young people to discover their God-given purpose and calling, identify careers that align with their strengths and gifts, and develop the skills and character needed to thrive in life.
He is married to Vivienne, an attorney, and they have two sons, Jadon Ross and Alwande John.
Nerine Erasmus is a devoted wife, mother of many, both children and animals, and a passionate educator. With a background as a trained early years and remedial teacher, as well as a qualified and admitted attorney, she brings a rich blend of professional expertise and life experience to everything she does.
Nerine loves being part of Equilibria, where she can fully embrace her passion – helping people heal and grow. It brings her great joy to walk alongside the students as they become independent, resilient, skillful and healthy young adults.
The Erasmus family, Iain and Nerine, together with their children Zuri-Me’ and Iestyn, lives in Potchefstroom and serves as Equilibria’s off-site houseparents. They are available 24/7 to provide support, guidance and practical assistance to students whenever needed.
Iain is passionate about equipping and training leaders to transform Africa. Apart from teaching the leadership training at Equilibria, he also meets individually with each student once a month for a personal coaching session, helping them work towards their individual goals while providing guidance, encouragement and accountability.
